AFTER YOUR CONSULTATION I WILL DIRECT YOU HERE TO COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING FORMS:

I WORK ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. ONCE YOUR DEPOSIT IS PAID & I HAVE RECEIVED THE RELEVANT INFORMATION FROM YOU, I CAN SCHEDULE YOU IN AN APPROXIMATE START DATE.

CURRENT APPROX.WAIT TIME IS 2/3 WEEKS (this changes daily)

IMPORTANT NOTE:

LOGO | BRANDING PROJECTS AND GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES ARE TOTALLY SEPARATE TO WEBSITE PROJECTS, WHICH WILL BE QUOTED & MANAGED SEPARATELY.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ARE 'STANDARD' CONTRACTS WHICH ARE SUITABLE FOR THE MAJORITY OF DESIGN PROJECTS. HOWEVER, BESPOKE CONTRACTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR MORE IN-DEPTH PROJECTS WITH DIFFERENT TIMESCALES | REQUIREMENTS. THIS WILL BE DISCUSSED AT OUR CONSULTATION & TAILORED TO SUIT.

BEFORE WE START:

Before commissioning any branding, website or design work, please make sure the full investment is something you’re comfortable and able to commit to.

A deposit secures your project and allows me to begin putting time, creativity and energy into bringing your vision to life. The remaining balance is then due when the work is completed and ready to be signed over, as outlined in my terms and conditions.

I completely understand that circumstances can change - life happens! But it’s really important to make sure the funds are available before starting a project, rather than finding yourself unable to settle the final balance once the work is finished.

I say this with kindness and from experience.

My time and creative work are my business, and just as you trust me to deliver your project, I need to be able to trust that the agreed payment will be made too.

A little planning beforehand makes the whole process smoother and happier for everyone.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTRACT

All designs are created as original, bespoke work. While every effort is made to produce unique designs, unintentional similarities to existing logos, trademarks or artwork may occur. Clients are responsible for undertaking any trademark or legal clearance they require prior to use. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by UK law.

I create work independently and in good faith;
I don’t conduct trademark searches unless specifically agreed in writing;
The client is responsible for trademark registration and legal clearance;
My liability is limited to the fees paid for the project (where legally permissible);
I exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, again to the extent permitted by UK law.
